Term & Conditions

CCC is a collection of digital artworks (NFTs) operating on the Ethereum network. This website functions solely as an interface for participants to exchange digital collectibles. Users are entirely responsible for managing their own Ethereum wallets and verifying all transactions and contracts before approval. The Creepy Crow Club smart contract is immutable; transactions cannot be undone, reversed, or restored. This website and its services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranty. By using this website, you accept sole responsibility for all transactions involving Creepy Crow Club digital collectibles.

Ownership

i. You Own the NFT
Each Creepy Crow is an NFT on the Ethereum blockchain. When you purchase one, you fully own the corresponding Art. Ownership is governed exclusively by the Ethereum network and smart contract. Creepy Crow Club cannot seize, freeze, or alter ownership.

ii. Personal Use
Subject to continued compliance with these Terms, FL Internationals grants you a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and display the purchased Art solely for:

Personal, non-commercial use
Use on NFT marketplaces that:
- Support buying/selling of Creepy Crows
- Cryptographically verify ownership so only the rightful owner can display the Art

Art

iii. Commercial Use
Subject to continued compliance with these Terms, FL Internationals grants you an unlimited, worldwide license to use, copy, and display the Art for Commercial Use, including creating derivative works.

Use on third-party websites or apps that:

Include Creepy Crows as part of their service
Cryptographically verify ownership
Ensure Art is not visible once the owner leaves the platform

Examples include:

Producing and selling merchandise (e.g., T-shirts) featuring the Art. This does not restrict you from:

Operating marketplaces for Creepy Crows, provided they cryptographically verify ownership
Running third-party platforms or apps that involve Creepy Crows, with verified ownership and proper removal of Art upon owner’s exit
Earning revenue from the above uses
